The Institute has received a grant to give modest $500.00 honorariums to leaders, visionaries and researchers who will write a reflective essay after their reading a short paper describing a new and holistic four element model.
The Institute believes this model has the power to give researchers and leaders a new holistic way of categorizing the elemental components in their scientific field, or realm of our human condition. Preliminary findings show that this new contextual framework brings new insights and strategies to the reader.

The essay required for the honorarium would be expected to include much of the following:
1. A critical analysis of the model
- Its logic and schematics
- The mathematics and science supporting it
2. What was satisfying and what was not
- Did it attain what it suggested it would generate – a cohesive holistic model?
- Was there anything useful gained by reading it (insights, new strategies…)?
3. Its similarities to one’s own working model
4. Ideas on improving it/ perhaps how you can add to it
